چکیده
Abstract Genetic diversity and variability between populations is essential for the long-term survival of plant species as well their adaptation to different habitats. The Capparis spinosa L. has two subspecies in Spain, with stipules thorny rupestris without them. In used its cultivation , which difficult manipulate due thorny. capers, unripe fruits tender shoots are food. caper a rich source phenolic compounds, that many flavonoids have been found parts high quantities, indicates it good functional compounds both food nutraceutical applications. There no published works on differences biochemical subspecies, so this work 32 varieties genetically analyzed know subspecies. Afterwards, various parameters find out if they present From results studied, there difference rupestis all except chlorophylls. was more among them, than . For this, can be concluded does not thorniness cultivated, instead losing or nutritional characteristics buds.

in this work, a novel and fast method for direct analysis of volatile compounds (davc) of medicinal plants has been developed by holding a filament from different parts of a plant in the gc injection port. the extraction and analysis of volatile components of a small amount of plant were carried out in one-step without any sample preparation. after optimization of temperature, extraction time a...
Phenolic components, antioxidant activity, and mineral analysis of Capparis spinosa L
In addition to being consumed as food, caper (Capparis spinosa L.) fruits are also used in folk medicine to treat inflammatory disorders, such as rheumatism. C. spinosa L. is rich in phenolic compounds, making it increasingly popular because of its components’ potential benefits to human health. We analyzed a number of individual phenolic compounds and investigated in vitro biological activitie...

Extended Abstract Introduction: Capparis spinose is from Capparis genus, and Capparidaceae family includes 350 species. It is originated from Mediterranean region. Human as food uses entire parts of C. spinose as young stems, flower buds, fruit, and seed. Caper, trade name, has several species in Iran. C. spinose has a high capacity in international agriculture markets. Today, focused on Caper...

Natural antioxidants have an important role against damage by ROS. This research had been carried out about ecological characters, phytochemical and antioxidant activity of Capparis spinosa L. in Semnan and Golestan province. So in much field observation, different parts of C.spinosa were collected from two natural habitats in Golestan (200 m) and Semnan province (2100 m) during August to Septe...
